A walking game made by one person
Give your walks a reason
Both take a few minutes. Android needs a couple of extra steps.
Free to play · No ads · No streaks
Anywhere you walk
Pick any placeTake a walkLet the fun find you
Place your Lamp anywhere and turn the streets, paths, and parks around it into a playful world filled with iskrio to meet and surprises to discover.

Wherever you live
It doesn’t matter that you live far from anything
Most location games send you downtown, to the landmarks. Iskrio doesn’t. You put your Lamp wherever you actually walk — your street, your park, the bench you like — and the spirits appear around it. A village works as well as a capital city.
No punishment
Nothing here punishes you
No daily streak to protect. No countdown over anything. Spirits you didn’t reach quietly go home at dawn, and the next night brings new ones. Come back after two weeks away and the game is exactly as glad to see you.

Alone, or not
Walk for yourself. Or for someone far away
Iskrio is built around one idea: a walk should feel like it went somewhere. You can keep it entirely your own — you, the evening, the spirits along your street. And it’s made so that walks can carry further too: Keepers around the world tending their Lamps, and your walking helping gather spirits for someone who can’t reach them. Alone or not is always your choice. There is no chat, and nobody can message you.
How it plays
Three things, and that’s the game

Step 1
Place your Lamp
Anywhere you walk often. It is not your home address — put it wherever you’re comfortable.
Step 2
The Lamp calls at night
Spirits from many small worlds appear along the paths nearby. Which ones depends on the ground under your feet, the season, and the weather outside your window.

Step 3
Walk over and invite them
Get close, hold for a moment, and they come with you. From then on they live under your Lamp.
See it in action
A minute of walking
This is what an evening with Iskrio looks like: place the Lamp, step outside, and see who the night brings.
Pollen and essences
Your walks leave something behind
Every journey earns experience and gathers pollen and essences along the way. Spend them to tune your Lamp to the way you walk — and to learn more about the spirits themselves: where they come from, what draws them out, what they leave behind.

The spirits
You won’t know them all for a long time
Spirits of forest and field, sea and mountain, rain and night — each from its own small world, each with its own light. New worlds keep opening, and new spirits keep arriving. Meeting them is the game; we’re not going to spoil it here.
Most of them, you’ll meet on a walk.
The Underlamp
Somewhere for them to live
Everyone you invite settles in the Underlamp — a quiet scene beneath your light, with the spirits drifting around it. Give the Lamp a look you like. Nothing is sold here that you can’t also earn by walking.
Beyond the beta
The Lamp is only the beginning
The beta is the first quiet circle of a much larger world. These systems are planned for future updates and are not yet available. Their order and final form may change as Keepers test the game.

A glimpse of worlds yet to open
Stories carried by light
Every invited iskrio will carry a numbered fragment of its world’s story. The fragments will gather in your Diary, slowly revealing how each world began, what made it unique, and why its light started to fade.
Worlds waiting to glow again
The Sources of the iskrio worlds are growing dim, though their inhabitants do not fully understand why. Future portals will let Keepers discover, restore and gradually shape those distant homes.
More ways to leave light behind
New objects placed on the real map, gifts beneath a friend’s Lamp, shared events and gentle daily journeys will create more ways to care for the world and for other Keepers.
Older and rarer light
Fusion will let iskrio combine their light and reach rarer forms. Legendary iskrio, new worlds and entirely new species will arrive through future discoveries and events.
Planned after beta · No release dates announced · No streaks or punishment for stepping away

One pair of hands
Made by one person, mostly on foot
I write the code, draw the spirits, and test everything on the same evening walk around my own street. When something feels wrong in the game, it usually felt wrong outside first.
- No studio, no investors, and a little help with publishing from my old friends AllemoTech OÜ.
- Every spirit is created and perfected with love and care.
- Every mechanic walked outside before it shipped.
— the one person, and a lot of walking
Devlog, in short
Where the game actually is
Done — the world
The map in day and night, the Lamp you place yourself, spirits arriving along the paths each night, and the walk over to invite them. Dozens of creatures drawn by hand and already living in the game.
Done — living under the Lamp
The Underlamp, where everyone you invite settles in: the Diary, the Circle, your Lamp's own qualities, and a wardrobe of looks for it. Portals that open into the home worlds the spirits come from.
Done — walks that carry further
Keepers can find each other, tend each other's Lamps and gather spirits for someone who cannot reach them. Still no chat, and still nobody can message you.
Done — pollen, essences and the market
Walks now leave something behind, and there is somewhere to spend it. Accounts, purchases and restoring what you bought all work.
Now — closed testing
Iskrio is out on real walks with its first testers, on both iPhone and Android. This is the part a desk cannot do: streets behave differently from maps, and evenings behave differently from plans.
Next — the stores
Whatever the walks turn up gets fixed, and then Iskrio opens in September 2026.
Made by one person, plus a lot of walking.
Questions
Beta testing is open now on Android and iOS. Android builds are distributed through Google Play testing, and iOS builds through TestFlight. The public launch is planned for September 2026.
Yes. Some cosmetics and dust cost money, but there is nothing you can’t also get by walking. No ads, no crypto, no loot boxes.
Twenty minutes is a full day. Walk longer and you’ll find more, but a short walk is never a losing move.
Yes. Spirits appear around your Lamp, not around landmarks. That was the whole reason to build it this way.
Enough that you won’t meet them all quickly — and the number isn’t final. New spirits and new worlds keep arriving after launch.
GPS runs while the app is open. It doesn’t track you in the background all day.
You decide. You can keep your Lamp and what you’ve gathered private, or switch them to visible for other Keepers — it’s a setting you control at any time. Where you actually are is never shown, and the Lamp goes wherever you’re comfortable placing it.
Both. Join the Android beta through Google Play testing or the iOS beta through TestFlight.
No, and there won’t be.
