Iskrio

These terms are an agreement between you and AllemoTech OÜ (Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn 15551, Estonia), the company that publishes and operates the game Iskrio. By playing Iskrio you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Your account

Iskrio creates an account for you when you place your Lamp. You may keep it anonymous or link it to a Google or Apple account.

An anonymous account lives only on the device where it was created. If you lose the device, uninstall the app or clear its data without linking the account first, the account and its progress cannot be recovered — we have no way to prove it was yours. Linking an account is the only way to protect your progress.

Do not share your account, sell it, or try to take over someone else's.

3. Playing safely

Iskrio is played outdoors, on real streets. You are responsible for your own safety and for obeying the law while you play.

• Pay attention to traffic, other people and your surroundings. Do not play while driving or cycling.
• Do not enter private property, restricted areas, or anywhere you are not allowed to be, in order to reach something in the game.
• Nothing in the game is an instruction to go anywhere. Spirits appear near public paths, but the game does not know whether a particular place is safe, open, or legal for you to enter at that moment. Judgement is yours.

4. Fair play

The game is built on the assumption that you actually walk. Please do not:

• falsify your device's location, use mock-location tools, emulators, or modified versions of the app;
• automate play with scripts or bots;
• exploit defects in the game instead of reporting them;
• interfere with our servers or try to access data that is not yours.

If the game detects a falsified or physically impossible location, it may stop responding for a while. This is a normal part of the game, not a malfunction. In serious or repeated cases we may suspend or terminate an account.

5. Purchases, pollen and other in-game items

Iskrio sells pollen and cosmetic items for real money through Google Play and, on iOS, through the App Store.

• Pollen, essence, spirits, skins, themes, titles and other in-game items are not money and have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, sold, or redeemed for anything outside Iskrio.
• You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to use these items inside Iskrio — not property.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's rules. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, that right applies through the store as well.
• When a purchase is refunded, whatever it granted is removed from your account.
• If you delete your account, everything you bought is gone with it, and this is not refunded. A Founder number is not released and cannot be reissued to you or to anyone else. Request any refund before deleting.

6. The game will change

Iskrio is a living game. We may add, change or remove features, creatures, items, prices and the balance of the game, including how much pollen an item costs and how much a pack contains. We may run the game for a shorter or longer time than anyone expects.

If we ever shut Iskrio down, we will announce it in the app and stop selling in-game items before we do.

7. What belongs to whom

The game, its art, creatures, names, music, text and code belong to AllemoTech OÜ or to those who licensed them to us. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play, including on monetised channels, as long as you do not present them as an official product of Iskrio and do not sell the game's assets themselves.

Map data is provided by third parties and used under their own licences. Their sources are credited in the app, under the information button on the map.

8. No warranty, and the limits of our liability

Iskrio is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of defects, or accurate about the real world — the map, the paths, and the places where spirits appear come from third-party data and can be wrong.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost in-game items, or anything that happens to you while you are out walking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop playing at any time and delete your account from inside the app, or by writing to us. See our account deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will say so in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
