Deleting your Iskrio account

This page explains how to delete your Iskrio account and what happens to your data. It applies to the app Iskrio (com.iskrio.app), published by AllemoTech OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn 15551, Estonia.
If you have the app installed
- Open Iskrio and go to your Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- You will see a plain list of everything that will be removed.
- To confirm, enter the last four digits of your friend code — it is shown on the same profile screen.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
If you no longer have the app
Write to hello@iskrio.app from the email address linked to your account, or include your friend code, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the deletion by email within 30 days, normally much sooner.
We ask for the linked email address or the friend code because most Iskrio accounts are anonymous, and it is the only way we can tell whose account to delete. Without one of them we cannot identify your account and cannot act on the request.
What is deleted
- Your account and, if you linked one, the connection to your Google or Apple account
- Your Guardian name and friend code
- Your Lamp, including its position, level and characteristics — it disappears from the map for everyone
- Every spirit you have collected, your Diary, and your progress
- Your in-game currencies, items, skins, themes and titles
- Anything you paid for, including a Founder Pack. A Founder number is not released and cannot be reissued: it is gone for good, and deleting your account means giving it up
- Your friendships, your reactions, and your friend list
- Your push notification settings and token
- Your usage analytics and crash reports
What is kept, and why
Records of purchases — what was bought, when, for how much, and the store's transaction reference. Estonian accounting law requires us to keep transaction records, and this is the only thing that outlives your account.
These records never contained your name or your email address. They carry the internal identifier of the account that made the purchase, but once the account is deleted that identifier no longer belongs to any account, and neither we nor anyone else can link it back to you.
Nothing else is kept.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting your account does not refund purchases, and it does not cancel them. Refunds are handled by the app store you bought from, under that store's rules. If you are entitled to a refund, request it before deleting your account — afterwards we can no longer connect a purchase to a player.
